Founding Partners Offer; Ten places, for employers of 250 or more. £1 per user per month (minimum £250) until general availability, then 50% off for twelve months, then 20% off for as long as you stay. No minimum term at any stage.
Your first 50 users are covered by the platform fee. Beyond that, each user is charged at the rate of the band they fall into — like tax bands, rates apply only to the users within each band, so your bill only ever steps down at the margin. Adding one more user never makes your subscription cheaper or jumps it upward; it just adds that one user at that band's rate.

Every organisation runs in its own isolated tenant; data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with field-level encryption on sensitive content, files and private resources; two-factor authentication can be enforced company-wide; and security-sensitive workflows are audit-logged

The things people ask before they buy
Every software plan includes your first 50 users. Beyond that, additional users are charged by band, with custom pricing above 2,500 users.
Careers websites and interactive tools carry a 24-month minimum term, which reflects the design and build work at the start. In the Complete Experience that same 24-month term applies to the website and interactive tools — the software has no minimum term. Career Visibility Software never carries one, including a Founding Partners place, which has no minimum term at any stage and thirty days' notice.
Most competitors reserve the right to raise annually. With CareerPaths your monthly price is fixed for the minimum term. No annual uplift, no indexation clause.
No — and it isn't trying to. CareerPaths is the career visibility layer that works alongside your existing HR system. Your HRIS stays the system of record; CareerPaths makes the careers in it visible. Bring your structure in by bulk import today, with enterprise single sign-on and SCIM provisioning included in the price and available when released.
Your data is hosted in the UK — the application, database, uploaded files and backups. We maintain a sub-processor register, a data residency statement and a retention and off-boarding policy. Where you enable AI features, some processing happens outside the UK — the register sets out where. Ask and we'll send what your IT and legal teams need.
Support is answered within one business day. We target a 99.9% uptime, excluding planned maintenance, which we schedule outside business hours and tell you about in advance. It's a target rather than a guarantee — we don't offer service credits, but we'll always tell you what happened.
Cath answers from an admin-managed knowledge base of your organisation's own content. Administrators can additionally enable a general career-guidance fallback for questions your content doesn't cover — it's off unless you turn it on, and clearly distinguished from answers grounded in your material. Our AI and data use statement sets out exactly what data is used and what it is never used for.
This applies to careers websites and interactive tools. Career Visibility Software has no minimum term.
Your price is fixed for the whole of the minimum term — no annual uplift, no indexation clause. At the end of it the site is yours, and you have three options.
Refresh it. A redesign under a new agreement, on the terms available that day. Sites age; this is the option most clients take.
Keep it exactly as it is, and we keep looking after it. Your monthly fee drops to currently £295 a month +VAT — reviewable on 90 days' notice either way. Reduced monthly fee includes hosting, SSL, security updates, backups, CMS access, your jobs board, support, and the same two content changes a month from us. Everything you had, without a redesign.
Take it with you. We hand over your site files and database within two business days of asking, free of charge, and you host it wherever you like. You'll need your own licences for a small number of third-party components, and we'll give you that list before you go rather than after.
There's no exit fee, and no option that involves paying twice for something you've already paid for.
One thing worth planning for if you self-host: our maintenance, security updates and support end when you leave. The site keeps running — keeping it secure becomes yours to manage, and a careers site can hold candidate data.
