Career Visibility Software is in controlled release. It isn't finished, it isn't generally available, and we'd rather say so plainly than take your money for something you can't yet use.
What we're looking for is ten organisations who'd rather help build it than wait for it — and who'll pay £1 per user per month until it's ready.
Free to join. Commits you to nothing. Ten places.
You know how this normally goes. You buy a platform built for someone else's organisation, discover the three things it can't do that matter most to you, and either work around them or add them to a feature request queue where they'll sit for two years behind someone larger.
This is the other thing. We are building the career visibility platform now, and for the next twelve months the ten organisations in this cohort have more influence over what it becomes than anyone who buys it afterwards ever will.
That means:
Every product gets built against someone's structure. If yours has matrix reporting, dual career ladders, regulated competencies or job families that don't behave, we'd rather find that out from you now than from a customer in two years. The awkward bits of your organisation make the product better.
Quarterly, properly, with the roadmap in front of us. Not a suggestion box — a conversation where you can say “this is wrong” and watch it change.
Before general availability, before anyone else, while it's still cheap for us to change our minds.
Not for twelve months. On the platform you helped shape.
Ten organisations. If your sector isn't in that ten, the product will still be good — it just won't have been built with your kind of complexity in mind.
We're aiming for general availability at the end of Q1. We've moved that date once already, which is why we won't dress it up as a promise — but you'd hear about any change from us directly, long before you'd read it anywhere.
The discount clock doesn't start until the product does. If general availability moves again, you don't lose a month of your half-price year. That risk is ours, not yours.
No minimum term. Ever. Not during early access, not during your half-price year, not afterwards. If it stops being worth what you're paying, leave with thirty days' notice. We'd rather earn the renewal than enforce one.

Written together, approved by you, and honest — including anything that didn't go to plan.
With a prospective client in a similar position to yours. One call, not an open-ended commitment.
This is the part we value most, and it's the reason the price is what it is. It's also the part you get the most from — it's where the shaping actually happens.
If any of that doesn't suit your organisation — and for some sectors it genuinely won't — our standard pricing is published openly and we'll work with you just as happily.
You'll have this in writing before you commit, in a known-limitations statement we update as things land. No surprises is the entire point.
You join the register. Free, and commits you to nothing.
We talk. Thirty minutes to understand your organisation and whether this is genuinely a fit. We select the ten rather than taking the first ten — we want a spread of sectors, and organisations we can do good work for.
We agree terms and you sign. Including the known-limitations statement, so what you're getting is written down.
We build your career architecture with you. Setup and onboarding included.
You go live, at £1 per user per month, and the quarterly conversations start.
General availability arrives, your half-price year begins, and we write the case study together.
Because you're taking a risk on an unfinished product, and because what you tell us while we're still building is worth more to us than your subscription. It won't be this cheap again.
A quarterly conversation with the roadmap open, where you tell us what's wrong and what's missing. We can't promise every request gets built — sometimes two founding partners will want opposite things. What we can promise is that you'll know why, and that the ten of you carry more weight than anyone else.
Twenty per cent off our standard pricing, for as long as you stay with us. Founding partners don't go back to full price.
For as long as you're continuously with us, yes. It's tied to being one of the ten, not to a date. The one thing that ends it is leaving — if you cancel and come back later, you'd come back on standard pricing.
Depends on your headcount. At 250 people it's £250 a month while we're building, then half of standard pricing for a year, then 20% off permanently. Every figure is on our pricing page — ask and we'll walk you through yours before you commit to anything.
You stay at £1 per user until it lands, and we'll have told you long before the date arrives. We're in regular contact with the founding ten — that's rather the point.
Yes, at any point, with thirty days' notice. There's no minimum term at any stage — the same as our standard software terms. We'd rather you stayed because it's working than because you'd signed something.
We change the page rather than take an eleventh. If you're too late we'll say so, and you're welcome to standard pricing whenever you're ready.
Yes — it's part of the exchange, and it's why the price is what it is. But it's written after you're live, together, and you approve it. If you're not happy with the work, we have a bigger problem than a case study.
