The CareerPaths platform

One platform. Three ways to make careers visible

Career Visibility Software for the people you employ, careers websites for the people you want to hire, and interactive careers tools for the audiences you’ve never met — all running on one set of careers data you maintain once.

Buy the one you need today. Connect the others when you're ready. Everything runs from one set of career data, so there's only ever one version to maintain

One problem, three audiences

The same careers. Invisible to three different audiences.

The careers are real. The failure is that the people who need to see them cannot.

01 / Inside your organisation

The employee who would have stayed.

The right next role existed inside the organisation. She handed in her notice because she couldn’t see it.

02 / On your careers website

The candidate researching a future.

A vacancy told her what she would do now, but nothing about where it could lead. Another employer showed her more.

03 / Out in the world

The school leaver who walked past.

Nothing on the careers-fair stand explained what a process engineer does — or why the route might suit them.

Three audiences, one failure: the careers are real, and nobody can see them

Most organisations attack this with three disconnected fixes — an HR module, a brochure-ware careers page, a one-off agency map — each drifting out of date at its own speed.

CareerPaths attacks it once.
Three ways in

Choose the route that matches today’s problem.

Each solution works on its own. This page shows how they fit together; the dedicated pages contain the detail.

The connected difference

What makes it a platform: one source of truth

A qualification changes. A team restructures. A new pathway opens. In most organisations that change now has to be found and fixed in every document, page and PDF it touches. In CareerPaths it lives in exactly one place.

Watch one change update the careers pathways visualisation inside the software.

Standalone software stops at the login wall. Agency-built maps and websites begin drifting the day they launch. CareerPaths keeps the inside and the outside reading from the same living source.

1
Edit the role once
Change the requirement, pathway or role content at source.
2
The software updates immediately.
Every pathway map, role profile and gap analysis reflects the change at once.
3
Every surface stays in step.
Your careers website and interactive tools are built from the same source. Keeping them updated automatically — native live sync — is on our published roadmap.

02

Attraction issue? You need a website

03

Outreach issue? Try our interactive tools

Cath · Career assistant

“I can answer from your own roles, pathways and content — never from the open internet.”

One assistant, every audience

And Cath works everywhere your careers do.

Cath is grounded in your roles, pathways and resources — answering employees inside the software, candidates on your careers website and explorers inside interactive tools from the same source. Guardrailed to career topics. Careers-website conversations are stored so the organisation can improve what its site tells people — we don't ask visitors who they are and we don't build profiles. Conversations inside the software are private to the employee; administrators see organisation-wide usage statistics, not what was said. Never used to train AI models and entirely optional. And if your organisation would rather AI processing happened under your own provider agreement, you can connect your own AI provider and licence keys.

Works with what you have

Your HRIS stays the system of record.

CareerPaths adds the specialist career-visibility layer. Bring your structure in by bulk import today, with enterprise SSO and SCIM provisioning included in the price and available when released.

Security first

One trusted foundation underneath it all.

Every organisation runs in its own isolated tenant; data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with field-level encryption on sensitive content, files and private resources; two-factor authentication can be enforced company-wide; and security-sensitive workflows are audit-logged. Full audit-log coverage across every workflow is on our published roadmap.

See all three, end to end

See all three in thirty minutes.

An exploratory call covers the whole platform — your kind of organisation, your kind of roles, and where it's heading.
