Cookies Policy
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage; we refer to them all as cookies here.
This policy explains what we use them for and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
1. How we use cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working — page delivery, security, load balancing, remembering your cookie choices, and keeping you signed in where relevant. These don't require your consent and can't be switched off through our banner.
Analytics cookies tell us how people find and use the site: which pages are read, which content leads to enquiries, where visitors drop off. We use this to improve the site and our content.
Marketing cookies let us measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and, where relevant, show our content to people who have already visited our site.
Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time here, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
2. The cookies we use
3. Cookies on the careers websites and interactive tools we build
Where we build and host a careers website or interactive tool for a client organisation, that site has its own cookie notice and consent mechanism, and the client organisation is responsible for the cookies set there.
This policy covers this website only.
If you have arrived here from a careers website we built for one of our clients, that site is theirs, not ours. The organisation whose careers site you visited is the data controller for it, and it has its own cookie and privacy policies which apply to your visit. We build and host those sites on that organisation's instructions.
If you have a question about cookies on a client's careers website, the quickest route is that organisation. If you can't reach them, contact us and we'll pass it on.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site work. General guidance is available at aboutcookies.org and at ICO guidance.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the cookies we use change. This version was last updated on 19th August 2026.
6. Cath, our AI assistant
Where Cath appears on this website, your conversation is stored so we can improve the answers she gives. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to the content of those conversations, and our AI and Data Use Statement sets out where the processing happens.
Please don't enter confidential information or personal details about other people into Cath.
