When we're clear about what you want to achieve, we'll develop a detailed specification with various options to enable you to agree internal budgets. Once approved, we're ready to get started.

Once we have the go ahead, we finalise the design brief, develop initial concepts and develop the project plan and timelines, a sitemap of the site structure and wireframes (layouts) of all the main pages. This ensures you know exactly what we're going to deliver before too much time is invested in the design and build. The software we use enables you to annotate your feedback directly onto the screen creating a task list for our team to work to.

When concepts and wireframes are approved, we’re ready to build out the tool / website. You get full access to the staging site with online feedback tools. As part of our project plan we schedule regular review meetings, so we can discuss progress and highlight any obstacles along the way.

Whilst we're building the site we / you work on content development & population.

The final stage is project testing, final approvals and launch. You can opt to host the website and./ or careers tools yourself, or we can host and maintain them going forward
