Individuals are scored according to their answers of value-based questions. Resultant scores categorise respondents into ‘avatar’ style profiles that provide a fun, light-hearted way to assess the individual’s alignment to organisational values and potential development needs. Resultant profiles used in internal performance reviews and to provide a series of personal branding tools to group employees by type.*
